“De inicio correu bem o processo. No entanto, a mercadoria encontra-se ainda em Atenas a aguardar que a loja do cliente reabra. Gostaria de ter mais informação cerca do envio parado. Cumprimentos”

“Fiquei satisfeita com o serviço prestado pela Eurosender. Como pontos positivos destaco o facto de ser possível ir acompanhando o local onde de encontra a remessa através do link cedido, e a rapidez da entrega tendo em conta a grande distância entre os pontos de recolha e entrega (República Checa e Portugal). Contudo, há alguns aspectos que podiam melhorar: O agendamento de data para recolha da mercadoria é feito apenas relativamente ao dia, podendo ser entre as 10h e as 18h, e por isso obrigando a que a pessoa esteja todo o dia presa à morada. Sugiro pois uma maior comunicação entre empresas e cliente para possibilitar o acerto de pormenores e esclarecimento de alguma dúvida.”
