A very good service but it would have been useful to know in advance that you have to seal a case in plastic or cardboard - I would have booked a different cheaper service if I knew this before I booked. However the service itself was excellent.

After using the service multiple times, and being an excellent service all the times (in terms of care with packages and speed in delivery), now i need to express everything but unsatisfaction. The package was in Arcozelo 4 days... When the delivery time is three working days... It's a little bit strange, but at least everything arrived well

Potrei dare 5 stelle ad Eurosender , ma il corriere affidatario( GLS ) non ha effettuato il ritiro del pacco nel giorno richiesto ma il giorno successivo, adducendo la scusa falsa che nessuno era in casa al momento del passaggio. Avendo peraltro in casa un videocitofono che registra le foto di chi suona posso affermare che il corriere non è proprio passato a ritirare il pacco nel giorno richiesto. Magari pretendere in futuro maggior serietà dagli spedizionieri sarebbe auspicabile

I have used Eurosender services before, but this time for the first time I have ordered to transport goods on pallet. Problems I had: - pick-up happened a week after my confirmation - delivery happened a week after pick-up - there was no direct feedback, I always had to ask what is happening with my pallet... Service was great, just it really needed TOO MUCH time!!!

La data di ritiro non è risultata per due ordini diversa da quella indicata. Uno dei due corrieri ha anche segnalato per un giorno che non ero in casa, quando non ha neanche chiamato per vedere se c'ero, poteva anche non funzionare il campanello

The collect did not show up on the day I choose, it was rescheduled and did not happen again, and just on the 3rd time, that finally happened, but I had to ask my flatmate to stay home since I already had moved out from Copenhagen.

I'm still waiting for delivery . The current location, since 4 days is "Berkel en Rodenrijs ' (the Netherlands ) : so far so good. I will keep my fingers crossed, because the last 4 days nothing has changed

the contact center of eurosender is always receptive but the companies with whom they work are always (two purchases in my experiences) problematic.

The receiver’s information had not been passed to delivery company completely. There was missing information on the delivery address, two attempts were made without realising this. No one contacted to me. Definitely, was not a smooth delivery. Also, EuroSender’s customer service is hard to reach

I received my package with a bit delay (7 days after pick up). Otherwise I feel comfortable with Eurosender.
