“ I have had a truly horrible experience with them. When their courier refused to pick up my parcel for no good reason (no items in the parcel were on their prohibited list, but we got a vague 'internal policy'), they have refused to provide me a full refund. Proceed at your own peril if you want to waste time and money and get some of the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. ”
