“I sent 3 parcels with eurosender to the Uk from Sweden. Initially the company were really nice and helpful but the moment you have paid they stop caring or contacting you. One of my boxes arrived completely smashed up. Everything broken. I took photos and made a claim to the company and have not had a reply. I have heard nothing from them at all! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“Very happy with the service. Delivery took around double the time that was advertised, but the goods arrived fine and in good order, plus the price was fair. Also they were flexible in some changes I made to the pickup date. I would certainly use Eurosender again, I would just ask them to get more accurate timings on their website.”
