The fibers are elastic, which the natural hair is not, then if you burn one hair it doesn't smell like burning hair, it smells synthetic materials.
Even the shine and the tips and the weight are not natural.
It's fake.
I have spent almost one thousand dollars on fake human hair wigs.
It's absolutely dishonest.”

“Ive made an order based on a girl I follow on YouTube. She got a really pretty wig. 2 weeks after I've made the order, Still no information about my wig's status, so I've felt something weird and opened a dispute on PayPal. First thing they send me is this:
"Hi there, Could you cancel the dispute first?
Why did you make a dispute because we didn't give you a instant reply?We are also staff and mediocre people and have work time and rest time."
I was really shocked by this responde, and they told me my wig was going to take 1 month and a half to be made (not even to be sent)
But I could take another one instead.
I said I didn't wanted to wait that long and got really angry because it was not advertised anywhere that I would take that long.
They agreed to return me the money but I've to close the dispute first. And said they always charge 15% of refunds.
They insinst too much on me closing the PayPal dispute... and now seeing this comments I understand why.
This all seems like a scam!!!!”

Website says you can only receive a refund if theyโre contacted within 48hrs however theyโre not attentive to emails. I even emailed the address that updated me on the tracking number and delivery. If you do buy from them be very careful.”
