“Perfect customer service team. My issue was that the bike we had purchased was too small. One email that same afternoon turned in to 2 days of impeccable communication and service from Evans Cycles until the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. Highly recommend 👌 Top stuff. Mustard in my opinion. Will deffo do business with them again.”

“"I recently purchased a bicycle from the Stockport branch of Evans Cycles, and I had an excellent experience. Callan, a young and super helpful lad, went above and beyond to assist me. Being new to cycling and a bit old school, I needed some guidance, and Callan took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my bike. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth. What really stood out was his kindness in helping me load the bike into my car. I'm thrilled with the customer service I received and highly recommend this branch!"”

“I went into sports direct today at cheshunt, the bike section to find a bike for my son Michael and I..was greeted by a young man called Dillian..who was very helpful with what we was after ..we ended up buying the bike and Dillian also helped with the other bits we needed to start cycling..I just wanted to say what a credit Dillian was and his customer service skills were spot on..very very polite and made it a pleasure to shop in your store”

“After another visit to Evans Cycles in St Helens for my new bike’s 6 week service. I can only say Joel and Luke were (again) amazing. When I dropped my bike off in the shop I also purchased a set of mudguards that were recommended for my bike by Joel. I went to get a coffee and returned an hour later all the minor work completed and the mudguards fitted. I wanted to show my appreciation but they wouldn’t accept anything. These 2 lads are great ambassadors for Evans Cycles ….many many thanks”

“We got our 2 ebikes checked at Evans Cycles, inside Sports Direct, in Scunthorpe. The guy who checked and fixed the bikes, Ben, is really great - so helpful and willing, and he did a really good job. We highly recommend this service!”

“Evan cycles Trafford Park I had this bike serviced about a month ago. They did a great job and had a small problem with the brakes. I returned to store today and Phill looked at it and did a quick repair. Absolutely brilliant, great service thanks”

“02/12/2022 Exceptionally Service, Knowledgeable and kind Team Again, another exceptional experience from the staff at this store. After experiencing a difficult incident involving a RTC, I was instructed by my insurers to take my road bike to this store to have it inspected as it was involved in the collision. The colleagues were sensitive to this, efficiently organised a date at which the mechanic could inspect and gave me clear instructions on what the process would be. The mechanic who took responsibility for this inspection (Archie) was incredibly professionally, provided an indepth study of the bike, relayed information over to me in a timely and kind manner. This is a great team and have nothing but praise for this Evans Cycle store. Thanks, James”

“I went into Evan's Cycles in Milton Keynes Xscape today looking for a bell for my bike. As there were non on display at the time, a very helpful assistance went into the store room and found exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. “I've had support from Evans cycles at Leeds, Barnsley & Sheffield. In each case the staff were more than helpful & aimed to deliver the best service they could. They have helped with bike setup & fitting mudguards & advice & orders via the cycle to work scheme. Very commendable & would recommend”

“I’ve just been out on my Sirrus X for the first time. I purchased it from Evans at old Trafford. The quality is Amazing, strong, sturdy, comfortable and great brake system, so straight forward. I was advised by ASA and Freddie. I dealt with with ASA initially on the phone, he gave me great advice and helped me decide on the best option. Thanks ASA. 👍on the day I collected my bike Freddie took me through every detail until I was comfortable with everything. Thanks Freddie for all your help and support on the day. Great staff, can’t do enough for you. The only company I will be dealing with in the future will be Evans old Trafford. Thanks again lads. Trevor mcewan saddleworth.”

“Today Michael from Evans cycles trued the rear wheel wheel of my bike and didn't even charge me! I know it's Christmas time but still! : ) Also he fixed my wife's bike (gear service) the other week. Her bike is from the 90s and none of the gears were working. He was able to use an oil bath to get the gear leavers working like new. On a modern bike, or if he hadn't known to do this, then the leavers would have needed replacing. Also modern gear leavers don't work very well with old "chain shifters" so everything would have needed replacing. He was able to fix her bike without needing to place any of the parts! Amazing! :o)”

“Just before lockdown I had to drop my bike off to get fixed the next day lockdown happened so had to wait a few weeks when Evans in Nottingham was back open I went to pick up my bike and purchase a new bike got a nice road Cube bike. The service is fantastic give me all the advice I really needed and helping fixing my other bike thanks very much chaps”

“Big thanks to Dan at Evans' Mortimer Street, branch in London's West End today (Sunday). Had two broken spokes and was sorted out in thirty minutes for the long ride home. He also went to the trouble of truing the wheel to perfection and was really obliging throughout. A reminder that Evans has some good people and that personal service is still there.”

“I I visited the Crawley warehouse store and received outstanding customer service. Not only were the staff genuinely interested in my bike and requirements, but they provided the small part I needed without charging me as it was described as a “workshop spare part”. A complete contrast with my local bike shop who were totally disinterested.”
