“My esthetician did not wear a mask and sniffled/coughed throughout the service. Although we are not under COVID mandates anymore, her proximity to my face made the experience unpleasant.”

“My visit was good and my face felt/looked softer afterwards, but for the price I think next time I will go to a real spa. During the 12 minutes I was under a LED light it would have been nice to be offered a hand/foot massage, or something to that effect. I also expected manual extractions for the price, and extra serums are nice but not worth the price.”

“My first visit was enjoyable but after 72 hours my lip flip took a turn for the worse. I called back to speak with a doctor since my lips had blown up in a spot of injection as well as there being an uneven distribution and unevenness in my lips on top of pain. the person I spoke to promised me someone would call me. I waited all day with anxiety due to this being my first time doing this procedure and no one called. When I finally did hear back the "doctor" didn't really seem that apologetic to the fact that the receptionist didn't help even slightly. When I went in for my appointment with the doctor to see how my healing was doing he tried to tell me that it was because of coconut oil usage (72 hours after my injections) that my lips blew up which is not true as that is a product I used often. Instead of giving me ANY help he told me to use aquafor and sent me on my way. Waste of my time and money. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!”

“This place is such a scam. They advertise one thing, they when you go in you get another. It’s really my own fault that I expected something for free. I signed up for free Botox. Went in snd had one area treated…10 units. Ended up with a $200 bill and was told I didnt use the right offer code. Manager wouldn’t budge. Who pays $20/unit for Botox…especially not from some random medias. I dont believe their injectors are very skilled. Everyone seemed nice enough but you’re better off getting Botox from your dentist for a much lower price. I definitely won’t recommend this place. And because of my bad experience I actively tell all of my friends how terrible it is. It’s like the Walmart of medspas.”
