“Did not enjoy whatsoever the experience with the dr or nurse (apologies do not recall the title). Major attitude and the entire experience was ruined by her and her assistant trying to upsell me. On top or that, after over a week my botox effect is nowhere to be see . Will most definitely not be coming back.”

“I experienced very bad bruising as a result of crows feet injections. The bruise is under my eye and so dark it is difficult to cover with make up. I have done botox for 9 years and never experienced bruising this bad. When I shared the images with the team and asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience they said no. I will not be returning or recommending.”

“April Yoo was sensational and really made the entire experience. She was clearly very knowledgeable, advised me on other ways I could improve my look (which I asked for), and overall really took her time to answer questions and explain the treatment. I typically prefer to go to people I have been directly referred to, but gave April a shot and immediately trusted her. 10/10 recommend!”

“I was disappointed this time around, my injector is no longer there and my results weren't as good. The pricing increased from 6 months ago and a few days after my appointment - I was sent an email for the 20% off sale. At this rate, it's just becoming a generic clinic with a revolving door of staff, corporate promotions meant to upsell, and premium pricing. No thank you.”

“I love my technician but unfortunately my crows feet injection have caused a lymphatic drain issue so I have bags under my eyes. I'm hopeful it'll subside soon but I'm so embarrassed by how baggy my eyes look now.”

“Joi did a hydra facial on me that was so relaxing and made my skin feel so smooth and hydrated. She was very professional and gave me a lot of knowledge about what products will work best for my skin! “This was my first time getting botox, and I can't say enough about how great my experience was. Michelle A. was informative and eased my nerves right off the bat. I did my forehead and a lip flip and was worried about it looking fake, but in the end I had nothing to worry about because the results are great and are very natural looking. The Scarsdale location is immaculate and everyone that works there is so welcoming. Overall, I wonderful experience and will be going back.”
