“I’m sorry for this review. I’m a business owner and it’s hard to get bad reviews. But it was shocking to have such a bad facial. I’ve had hydra facials before and the detail and time people have taken has been a game changer. I think she barely used the machine to clean my pores. It was the hydra facial with the boost. No manual extractions, she didn’t went all over my face. Honestly very disappointed and leaving this review as a constructive comment so you can be better in the future!”

“I had a FANTASTIC experience at the Cabin John location. The space and the staff are extremely welcoming. I came in for my first HyrdaFacial ever. Tamia, my skincare specialist was amazing! She made great recommendations for treatment and was super gentle during the process. I will be back and have already recommended Ever/Body to anyone who would listen. Thank you!”

“Booked an appointment for some injections and went in that very same day! Cannot say anything but good things about the staff and medical professionals who work there. They are kind, patient, fast, and accommodating. The provider who administered my injections was extremely gentle and communicated his actions in detail every step of the way! I felt VERY comfortable and taken care of. The entire process was less than an hour - and I was able to go back to work immediately after! So grateful for ever/body and I will continue recommending their services to friends and family. Thanks to all the staff and medical professionals working at the Flatiron location! You made me feel so comfortable, at ease, and respected.”

“My last visit was my third visit and a different and disappointing experience to my first two visits. I get Botox in my forehead for chronic migraine, but in limited areas, so then need to get additional cosmetic Botox to even out the spots where I have the migraine Botox. I has been to ever/body for two previous visits for the same issue and had no problems with the practitioners. The last practitioner I saw told me she wouldn’t be able to even out the forehead without causing eyelid droop and that I would be left with deep parentheses wrinkles. I asked her for other suggestions like if I should get a brow lift and she had none. She persisted with her negative attitude. She put in 10 units for which I was charged $300. I paid, left, and burst into tears as I felt old, ugly, unfixable, and ripped off. Worst of all, three weeks post treatment I have unevenness in my brows post injection. I won’t be returning as this my worst experience with an injector in 20 years of getting Botox.”

“My salesperson/nurse suggested botox, I told her how the last time I tried it over five years ago, it made my eyelids droop, and I was worried that would happen again. She said she would go "light." And yes, my eyelids are now resting on top of my eyelashes, not a look I want. A week later, they are still drooping. I would have appreciated a really thoughtful consultation. Now I know I'm dealing with a sales team, not a medical team. The Clear & Brillant Laser facial I like, but it's overshadowed by my eyelids drooping on my face; it's not a net plus.”

“Booked my first appointment for a consultation and one area of botox/wrinkle relaxer with Ever Body that I booked with a promo code. Having had this treatment before at dermatologists' offices I knew what the treatment entailed but since this was my first visit to Ever Body did not know how they operated and expected the nurse practitioner to walk me through it. Instead of walking me through it she was too busy talking to a staff member who was shadowing her in the room nor was I asked permission by the nurse practitioner if it would be alright to have another staff member in the room for her to train as she was performing my treatment. Because of this it seemed the nurse practitioner was doing too many tasks too busy talking to the staff member that she did not inform me that other parts of my face counted as additional areas. When it was all over I found out she had done two extra areas and I was being charged for it!! The front desk was able to resolve the situation so I paid for just one area but was not still not happy about it. Felt "baited and switched" on my first Ever Body appointment nor did I receive a consultation that I booked with the appointment. ”

“I had a lot of breakouts post hydra facial. I asked to purchase a package via text but no one ever called to follow up to get the purchase but I’m pretty glad I didn’t get it since I broke out so bad after. Thank you!”
