“The customer service people were personable and professional at all times. I paid $45.00 for extra quality control, but I had to edit many of the images to return them to their original quality. Faces and other features were obscured, and colors were washed out. I generally write responses that are positive and appreciative, but in this case I felt it important to be honest. John”

“My job was handled very professionally from the moment I dropped off my videocassettes till I was able to pick up the USB that contained the pictures with music. I was notified of the progress of the project every step of the way and took approximately one week to complete. I haven’t seen my pictures in entirety yet, but from what I have seen, it looks just like the video pictures.”

“I did not have the success I was promised. I called, and emailed the company. A supervisor called me back and told me they were sorry I was not satisfied, but there was nothing they would do. I was dissapointed.”

“My project was handled very professionally. I was informed by email every step of the transfer of my 2 videocassettes onto one uSB. The project was completed fairly quickly too. Given the age of the videocassettes, I was pleased with the outcome.”

“Everyone at Everpresent that I dealt with is courteous, very knowledgeable and expert , professional in every way, and dedicated to getting my project done. I was continuously kept informed of what steps were being taken and when they were done. Since my audio tapes were about 60 years old I was concerned the memories were not recoverable. Everpresent brought them back to life. Thank you”

“I found a old cassette tape years ago in my brothers apt after he passed. The tape would not work in the cassete player, and I put it away. About eight years later I found it and sent it in to everpresent. Side "A" had music, side "B" Had 30 minutes of a family breakfast from 1985, it was wonderful hearin those who have passed even our dog barking. So glad there is a company who could make it all happen and it was effortless. Thank you”

“When I spoke to Paul before my 5 tapes were converted to DVDs he said it was no problem to make one tape into 2. Picked up order it wasn't done. I reached out and he said that would cost an extra 150.00. Never mentioned when we had spoken. They should have fixed this for us. They had no intention of fixing. Keep your customers happy! Will not refer EverPresent to anyone. Very disapponted”
