“Don’t think it is worth the money they charge. Kept slapping other charges on that were not discussed. Transfer of vcr tape to usb drive is ok but not great.”

“We were delighted with the service EverPresent provided for us. Our order of VHS tapeswas tracked at every step and we were kept fully informed of the progress they made on their way to being digitized. We got a full report of the deficiencies in the tapes (which were very very old) which was helpful when we prepared to view the digital results. All in all we highly recommend EverPresent to manage your old VHS tapes and more. Easy drop off, easy pick-up. Great communication.”

“I was very nervous about this whole project of converting my 60-year-old slides to a more updated media. I knew the slides would start fading and wouldn’t last much longer. After doing some research and reading good reviews about the company, I chose EverPresent. The process went smoothly from inception. They called when they said they would; I was sent emails promptly; they communicated with me every step of the way. I especially appreciated that they had a drop-off place within an hour of my home that I could leave my precious slides for pick-up. And yes, they notified me when they picked them up. I received my thumb drives within a 6-week timeframe, which I felt was very reasonable as I had about 300 slides, and was the time they claimed they would complete the assignment. Even when they alerted me that a percentage of my slides could use some enhancement if I chose to go that route, and I did, I felt this timeframe was outstanding. And the results were stellar. I am so very happy with the pictures/memories from childhood that I can easily bring up on my computer and are stored on my thumb drive. I had several thumb drives made to send to my siblings – I know they will be as delighted as I am. Would I recommend EverPresent to others? Enthusiastically YES! Thank you EverPresent for helping me fulfill a long-awaited dream.”

“Happy with the quality of their work. I had a homemade audio cassette tape from 22 years ago I wanted transfered to today's formats, a process that I was not at all familiar with. They kept in touch with me through the various stages of the process and the end result was a product I was very happy with.”
