“was a very diferent busness deal! But it was a pleasant ending. I'm not used to paying up front and not seeing the product being purchsed. I was away hunting three weeks and when returning home I was pleasently suprised with the product. I'm not a computer person! I would be sending another order to be processed. I will be 88 this coming may and will not learn more computer skills. I would like to learn how to share the film with friends. If you can direct me in this proscess I would appricate it. Carl Didone”

“The most expensive service around. I was quoted a little $400 and was charged over $600 for 12 small DVD's to a UBS and that's with a 20% discount. You do not even get an individual UBS per tape they put everything on one.”

“Very good media transfers. Very good communication (maybe excessive!). Two complaints: 1. I was told the job would be finished and ready for pickup on Dec. 20. It was ready for pickup two weeks early. I felt like I was rushed to pick up the job, located at an inconvenient shop. 2. Instead of giving me a deadline to pick up the job before it was sent back to Everpresent, the message simply said I must pick it up 'soon'.”

“Brought several autio tape reels of me playing piano and organ in 1965. The customer service at delivery (and again at pickup three weeks later) was exceptional. Everything was explained including options for the final digital product and website option. The pricing was reasonable. I told them I didn't know what, if anything, was on the reels, and they assured me there would be no charge if they were blank. The final files were very good given how old the tapes were. I received several followup emails that were helpful.”

“The quality of the videos are great. I don't really like the added music and title. I wasn't planning on sharing, but if I were I wouldn't have been able to share everything. The VHS video was the only thing on the app. The film videos were not added on to the app. I highly recommend getting the USB drive. The project was done quickly and thoroughly. If I come across more film, I will use Everpresent again.”

“I had some old (about 50 year old) super 8 reals converted and put on a thumb drive. I am sooooo impressed with EverPresent! They finished the job ahead of the expected scheduled time and everything was beautifully done and professional finished. I recieved my old reels back in wonderfully packaged form. And, when I had questions, a real person came online and helped me. This has truly been one of the best professional experiences that I have ever encountered. I just can't even say enough good stuff. Wonderful! If I could give 10-stars, I would.”
