“I have been very pleased with the products but you really have to find a better way for delivery.
They failed to drop the parcel off without any good reason, then told me the courier will bing it later that day, then told me he wasn’t gonna come back, then that he would drop it off at the access point the same day, then I saw it was dropped off at the access point, rushed there to pick it up (a box of 12kgs) just to find out it isn’t there yet and I should try again tomorrow. That is a lot of money I have to throw away tomorrow and my food for the month … This is absolutely unacceptable. I love Every products but it’s useless when it just ends up in the trash. Please find a better way to deliver and find a courier that communicates better than UPS.”
