“Where's Aaron when you need him. Reading the reviews, I wish he could have helped me with my order. Too many back & forth emails for 100 pens and my questions weren't answered. Initial enquiry 09 October, now the 23 October and still haven't received an invoice so I can pay & get my order underway (despite asking for it 3 times).”

“Service was good and delivery was quick but printed product ( hard hats) was very poor.
Our logo was not reproduced accurately either in style or colour despite clearly communicated technical specification of colour. Colours varied way off from blue to green, one of the hats was broken on arrival.
Communications were good with an agreement to a partial refund but with such a poor outcome we would not use again.”
