I ordered 75 plain stock (not customized) products from EverythingBranded.com. My order total was $399, $342 for the products and $57 for shipping. I was also charged an International Processing Fee of $7.98 by my bank as I was unaware and never told beforehand that the payment I made over the phone was being processed in the United Kingdom. When I received my order I realized that based on their size they wouldn't work for what I needed them for. I did not open any of the items. I immediately emailed my rep, Jenny, to let her know. Her Floor Manager called me a couple of days later to let me know that they will not allow me to return the items but instead offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase with them. Their website clearly states that you can return and get a refund on non-customized orders. I told him that was not acceptable. He then told me that they could process the return but there is a Restocking and Return Shipping Fee of $170. Their website does not mention this fee at all on the Returns page. It does state that if there are no defects the buyer has to pay the return shipping. I was completely fine with that and told them that I would pay to return the items but I would not pay $170 to do so. He told me the manufacturer charges the fee. I did not purchase these items from their manufacturer. I paid EverythingBranded.com for these items. If their manufacturer wants to charge them fees for returns then they should pay for them. I was also told that they do not hold or carry any items in stock themselves. They do not have any warehouses. All of their items are made and stored by their manufacturers. This is why I cannot ship the items back to EverythingBranded. I offered to pay for the return shipping and all I wanted was a refund of $342 for the products I paid for. They told me that I could either get 20% off my next order or ship the items back and receive $229 back after their $170 Restocking and Return Shipping Fee. I said no and I have a filed a complaint with the BBB.

Tom Pickworth worked with us to meet our budget, select quality items and delivered early! He was first class in every way. Communication and execution and also very personable! Highly recommend Everything Branded because of Tom!

Too much back and forth to try and get everything right. We had to point out design critiques that should have been obvious for a graphic design and branding company. Ordered navy blue and gray magnets and received violet and gray magnets. Company would not refund and only offered us a small discount to keep the incorrect magnets because the error was "within their color variance."

I was tasked with producing branded, custom tomato shaped USBs for a large partnership summit meeting in less than 3 weeks, and wasn't sure it could be done. Kyan was so quick to respond to my inquiry online with a phone call, and ensured me same day that his manufacturer overseas could get the job done in time. He was very attentive throughout the design and order process, and when the USBs arrived I was SO HAPPY with the quality of the print and production. I will definitely be using Everything Branded's services again! Thanks!

I like having the Velcro connection around the neck the way it is instead of a string you tie into a bow around the neck since it's less of a choke hazard as the last kid caps we purchased from another vendor.

Tom was FANTASTIC! He was extremely detailed when describing the products. Easy to work with and one of the most responsive customer service reps I've ever communicated with. We recently ordered from Everything Branded for a event we helped sponsor. The item looked perfect. Kyan was very helpful with the entire order from start to finish. I would recommend this company to anyone needing great services.

Absolutely shocking, proof was a different colour than the actual product received and they were not interested. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, once they have your money they do not care. Beware, there are companies out there that care about customers, in future I will be buying elsewhere.

I ordered personalized ID Badge holders for my company and they promptly took payment on 11/20/2017. It is now 1/12.2018 and I am still waiting on my order. I called today and tracking for what I told is my order was conveniently available. It shows that my order was just shipped this week and is in transit. I don't buy it. I will never order from them again.

I purchased USB drives 16GB to have our company logo imprint onto it through Brett Bunting. The product turned out nicely done with our logo imprint on it. Very impress with the product and the quality of the imprint. And last for most Brett is an amazing guy to work with.
