Absolutely apalling.
Failed to collect a "paid for" collection on a return to Bon Marche but they have ignored all my online chats and telephone calls ever since.
No way to speak to a human.
Always told it is being looked into but then nothing happens. Nothing.
Soon, Bon Marche returns period clises & we will also be out cost of those goods!!
Howv is that ok?

Numerous times this company failed to pick up returns. Ordered goods left out in all weathers!! The courier didn’t even ring the bell! Just dumped them on a wall. Why is this company still trading? 😡

Arranged for them to collect a return. No one turned up to collect (I have a ring doorbell), courier had logged it as ‘packaging not suitable’. Not sure if he was psychic as no one came anywhere near my house and it was packed in the packaging it came in! No one to actually speak to at Evri, so now have to do the entire returns process again.

If i could give -0 i would they are hopeless never collect M&S returns and if you check status they write lies eg parcel incorrectly packed - amazing our security camera shows they never came to our house!! Avoid

Evri couldn't deliver a fart. They have lost my ordered item, and faked tracking. Evri are unfit to be a company. Totally unreliable. I live in Inverness, there is some rubbish about returns, being out for delivery in Edinburgh and then being at some English depot. My delivery appears to be teleported around the country, but not to Inverness. Total nonsense. I will be claiming a refund on the item.
