“Just upgraded from my Inmotion e20 to an Inmotion V9. I purchased my V9 from ewheels, which I found out about from reading about warranty and service after the sales on EUC's, and everything I read about ewheels is right. I would like to thank everybody a ewheels ya'll have been very nice and informative to me and have not made me feel stupid for asking all my question and have answered them. If and when I need another or possible and upgraded EUC this is where I will come.”

“The folks at eWheels are always responsive and helpful, and do their best to assist with issues or troubleshooting, even if you are the secondhand owner of a wheel originally purchased from them. The only thing that would prevent me from buying more of the 'basics' from eWheels, is their minimum $15.99 delivery fee (regardless of size of part in my experience).”

“Awesome team with excellent customer service, happy to work with you to solve issues, highly recommend buying from these guys. Wheels are marked up a bit vs buying straight from the manufacturer, but it’s absolutely worth it for the warranty they provide and the knowledge that you won’t be left hanging if something goes wrong.”

“I had a ton of questions when placing my order, especially about the shipping process and ewheels was able to arrange the shipping arrangement of my choice and remained highly communicative throughout. Shipping would've been next day but I was out of town and ewheels was able to hold the wheel and ship at the appropriate time. What a great experience!”

“I cannot say enough good things about the outstanding customer service from Jason and Nick! I bought my first EUC, a Kingsong 16 X from these experts just five months ago. Put about 650 miles on that and wanted more. Didn’t even look anywhere else but eWheels. Jason and Nick recommended the Veteran Patton S. They thoroughly explained why this was an upgrade and what it would do for me specifically for my goals in EUC riding. I got it two days ago, have about 30 miles on it and it is exactly what they said it was. And every time I email them, Saturday or Sunday, they respond within hours. Better than my own coworkers during a normal work week! Tremendous customer service.”

“Nice size wheel to hold between your legs. Really agile in an urban context, even at walking speed, due to the small 10" motor. Perfect for a dense urban zone.
