“As usual, a big shout out to the ewheels team! Super communication, super follow up, super fast delivery (less than 5 days from order). Concerning the wheel, it's a monster but it's also a super small wheel (for someone coming from the Begode Extreme). So I really need to change my riding style for a smaller wheel. Air pressure was a bit high at delivery (at least for me) and it was giving me a hard time with wurgling effect. with a bit less, the wheel is super smooth!”

I have bought three electric unicycles and accessories from Ewheels and the pricing is excellent, the shipping speed and communication is top-notch. I can rest assured that if something goes wrong with my product, which it never has, that these guys will absolutely take care of me. “Ordered a commander mini on sale and the wheel has been awesome! Did however come with a damaged charger that was immediately replaced for free so I'm thankful for that”

“Aloha, I wanted to thank Bruce,Nick and Jason from wheels, they helped accomodated me after going through the maui fires and i was forced to start my life over again. The vetran lynx will be my second transportation device and it is made of high quality parts and the design is very thoughtfull with the rider in mind. Great power to weight ratio. if you are on the fence, pull the trigger and the team at eWheels will take care of you. Thanks again for all the freebies you guys have included with my order. “I’ve purchased one wheel and 3 accessories from ewheels. They continue to be prompt with replies and shipping out my orders. I have used their service for warranty on my EUC. after purchase support was quick and no hassle with replacement parts being shipped quickly at no additional cost to me. They even send out updates on safety information for my ride. I would buy from them again.”

“I waffeled around on what what wheel to buy and which vendor to buy from for months and I couldn't be happier with my final decision to buy from eWheels. Awesome customer service and community involvement. I don't think I could be happier with my purchase! Shortly after purchacing my wheel, I had to perform an evasive manuver to avoid a bycyclist at speed and damaged the rim on my brand new wheel. After reaching out, eWheels offered me a discount on a replacement and offered to notify me as soon as they recieved their shipment through customs so they could get it sent out and get me going safely again ASAP! These guys are the best!!”
