“Ok, let’s start with how this didn’t start out very well for myself, however it also didn’t have anything to do with Ewheels! My wheel had some minor issues from the factory to start. I made a call and emailed Jason & Nick. Both responded each time very promptly. They remedied all issues on separate occasions. They gave me different options to have a solution! This wheel has been on my radar for quite some time! Now I have it! Even with all these new wheels dropping every other month or every couple months. I was looking at this one based on a lot of different factors. Build quality being the primary one. Jason and Nick both earned my business for life. I’ll be buying all my parts and wheels from them here on out! Thank you for the quick answers and solutions”

“Great wheel. I bought it for my dad. So far he’s content with it. The app that’s needed to use the wheel is a bit confusing especially for someone who isn’t as knowledgeable in technology for my dad but he’ll get used to it. The customer service is what makes this purchase great. Fast fast fast customer service with detailed replies to your questions.”

“I recieved my Sherman L in short order. I found it to be in exellent condition (packed in styrafoam and double boxed). It looks good and I can't wait to try it out. It's now February and the High temps are still below zero. I will have to give a performance review when it warms up enough to ride and the snow and ice have melted off the streets.”

“Reasonably fast shipping. Everything showed up on time. Actually, my wheel showed up a day earlier than expected, which was really nice. I bought the Inmotion v11y as my first wheel and have been loving it. It's only been 2 days, but I'm sure everything will be great going forward too.”

“I'm just starting and haven't figured it out yet as of this review. And I'm having a lot of fun trying to get the swing of it. I'm hopeful I will get to riding it very soon. The wheel is exactly as advertised. Amazing little piece of engineering. Thanks for the free wrist guards.”

“The V14 is great and I have an inmotion climber that is fun. I bought the scooter direct from inmotion. Ewheels is the right course for buying any of these things in the United States. Inmotion is a solid company. But they obviously invest most their money into their products, obviously are not on my continent, and really don't offer any support beyond user manuals. Inmotion will swap or refund a lemon (supposedly). Anything else is your fault and your problem. Ewheels will seemingly do whatever they can to keep me smiling on my wheel. I could not ask for a better experience.”

“Fantastic team. A true diamond in an industry market where after-sales is mildly sparse. On my second wheel now. Acquired the Way right out of the gate. My god, it moves with confidence. It's quite the step from a V12. I'm in the honeymoon phase right now. Everything is perfect. And what is not perfect... the guys at eWheels are there with amazing support and patience. I love my wheel. But I really love the eWheels team.”
