“This company is top-notch! The products are high-quality and arrive very fast. Support for issues is prompt and helpful. I've been very impressed with their inventory and after-sale help with any questions I've had. I can't speak to the quality and support at other ewheel companies because I've never tried any others. Ewheels will always be my one-stop shop for EUCs and parts.”

“The customer support from these guys is unreal. As an example, I bought a spring for my ET Max about 4 months ago. I never installed it and pretty much forgot about it. Just a week ago, I ordered another one! I realized my mistake about a day later, but when I emailed them, they had already sent it out. They immediately refunded my money which I got within 24 hours before I even got a chance to send it back. Also, I've bought all my wheels from them and have never had a hardware problem with any of my purchases, even though I've bought first run wheels. It's hard to imagine better customer service and I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in EUC.”

“Taking a moment to write this review about Ewheels, the team, and the experience. I have purchased several PEV from Ewheels including the Begode Extreme (twice), the Vsett 10+ Electric Scooter, and the Inmotion climber. Ewheels provides a memorable and great experience from start to finish. They are available and willing to answer any questions you may have, are great at shipping purchases in a timely and easy manner, and their follow up support after purchases are made are great. All the PEVS that i bought so far have come perfectly packaged, well protected, and with all the items shown on the product description. Most items ship and arrive within one to two days, which is very convenient. And they follow up with you to ensure you received your items without any issues. And, if you have product questions or need additional parts, or just anything else related to your purchase, then they are there to help. Ewheels is my sole source for PEV purchases, parts, and customer support. I highly recommend Ewheels for all of your PEV purchases and needs!”

“Had a battery pack go out on my Begode Master and reached out to eWheels for help. eWheels responded within minutes and had a battery pack prepared, charged to the proper voltage and sent out the same day. Jason threw in some sturdy metal casings to replace the cheap plastic casings for all my battery packs. Pretty damn awesome! Their customer service is A+. Thanks eWheels!”

“Customer service has been top notch in helping me select a wheel based on my riding skills and desired specs- answering all my questions on weight, battery info, bms, and suspension. In the end, I went with the Patton, which so far, has turned out to be a good wheel for me, that I was able to mount after starting with the mten4.”
