“The KS-16S was received in 7 days on the east coast as promised. Packing was good with no damage. eWheels representatives were very prompt in replying to my emailed questions. I would have preferred to talk with them directly, but I could not find a phone number to call.”

“The Sherman Max seat is one of the most comfortable EUC seats I have had the pleasure to sit on. The latches that hold it in place will not allow the seat to be dislodged during a tumble. You can quickly remove the seat or undo the rear one and lift it for access to the screen. The seat is just wide enough in the front that it can also provide additional leverage on the wheel in quick turns. The other not about the swell and the slight width increase in the front is it allows you to use to in addition to power pads for extra pressure on the wheel while torquing the wheel. Customer service at eWheels is some of the best I have had when purchasing parts for a EUC or even a new wheel. My inquiries before the purchase of the new wheel and its accessories were answered the same day, usually within an hour. The way eWheel deals with customers has gained them a new customer. One of the keynotes about dealing with eWheels is they are personable. They do not treat you like you are just another customer. They take their time answering your questions. The team will hold a conversation with you answering questions, providing input, and helping you with any issues you may have.”

“Jason his team are the absolute best. I just purchased my second wheel thru them ( commander!!) And it's been amazing at every step. I am thankful for the top level customer service, warranty, etc. Just above and beyond. I'll be back for another wheel now that I'm in love with hobby, and 100% will be with ewheels for life. “Extremely helpful... for the years that iv been a customer i'v had tons of support and help even when products from companies like Gotway/Begode have been a pain in the ass. Keep up the good work guys... appreciate all that you do! I recommend eWheels even over a big distributor very close to where I live... that says a lot.”
