“I love my ewheels, I felt like the jetsons cartoon. I was the first in Brooklyn and queens to ride one. Everybody was amazed. Wondering what is it. I was also doing Uber deliveries at the time. I ride it from queens to Brooklyn from work everyday. One time at full speed I got home in 10 -15 mins facts. That was only once though I was shock. Night time cruise. I wish mines played music though. Make them all Bluetooth musical please. Instead of me wearing headphones.. lol crash 2 twice night time cruise. I’m good alive lol. It took me 7 days to learn how to ride and keep balance. I was mad it took me so long to learn because I want to ride it right away. All need a cushion pouch on both sides so your calf’s won’t start hurting. I bought this because I was tired of taking the bus. Now I was ahead of the bus. On time for work haha. I even raced cars lol for fun. In parking lot they just wanted to see how fast it go. I let other people ride it. They failed couple times I was stress because I didn’t have no cover protector getting scratched up. Fast charger needed I can’t wait no 6 hours lol I took it with me every time I went to the store, oh bus drivers scared of having it on there, they be thinking it’s going to blow up -___-, never happened. If you ever get a flat tire you have to take it apart. That’s kind of a hassle I wish they had a store near by for them to do that for me. I had a wonderful experience I don’t ride it no more because lost the parts I gave up on it. But I will be ridding it again soon. Now I see more people since the last 5-6 years and I felt like ℹ advertising it in the hood, now I don’t have one but will be getting one soon but hope it have music Bluetooth, it will change the enegry of the rider”

“This is my “Go to” place for anything scooter. It started out about 10 years ago with my first scooter purchase and I have been in love ever since. (Speedway 4 mini pro) In the last 10 years or so I have purchased 3 scooters from ewheels, never had a problem and always a dope product.”

“eWheels was recommended to me by my friend who introduced me to electric unicycles. I was hooked after watching him use it on a camping trip, although I've never recahed his level of expertise. eWheels was great to work with, easy to order from, and you can feel confident in the products they've selected and stand behind. I always look to their site for information about the latest and greatest available in the US. If you're considering ordering an electric unicycle or scooter, I highly recommend eWheels!”

“Great team at eWheels! They got right back to me when I emailed and patiently answered all my questions! Bruce provided detailed information regarding accessories such as power pads and the addition of a fast charger. The best contact and updates regarding my order when my item shipped and the expected delivery date. The technician even created a video of my wheel with the upgrades! “What can I say that the EUC World doesn't already know?! Ewheels is the best. I can't stress this enough. The WHOLE crew is awesome. We know the products are great, but it's the customer service that is second to none. I've had many questions, at all times of night and they get back to me right away. I bought a Veteran Patton and now a Begode ET Max. With a service team like Ewheels why buy anywhere else. Can't help but to appreciate their dedication. I like them so much that I may pick up the Inmotion V14 Black by end of year. Seriously, whether you are new to the sport or a Veteran, there is no place better. There are no better people to do business with. On stop shop. If you are on the fence about the sport just contact them. They will not disappoint. Thank you all over at Ewheels. “I never write reviews, never. But when a company is simply outstanding in all aspects then I think it's only right to let everyone know. When I was deciding to get an EUC I had a lot of questions. I contacted Ewheels to ask a few questions and I was shocked how quickly they responded. I was almost like we were in a chat. I'm the type that likes to know it all before purchasing something. I started with a few questions, and then somehow it went to like two hand fulls of questions. I asked so many questions that I started to feel some type of way. But, Ewheels just kept answering my questions, explaining things as if we were next to each other talking and the response was almost instant. I could not believe that they were taking the time to answer all my questions and didn't seem fustrated at all with all the questions I had asked. I decided to purchase my first wheel. Then I purchased my second wheel. With the second wheel I had some concern if my wheel was fully charging, of course I contacted Ewheels and of course they responded instantly. After walking me thru some basic troubleshooting we determined that my wheel even though it wasn't fully charging it was within the tolerance for charging. They then sent me a new charging board to see if that made a difference. Now, I just purchased my third wheel. Had a couple issues which were taken care of instantly. I just can't say enough good thing about Ewheels. The way they conduct business and the level of customer service that they provide is unmatched period. I would only purchased my wheels for Ewheels. I want to thank you guys so much for what y'all do, the high level of professionalizm and the unmatched customer servie.”

“The V13 is only my second EUC and it's a beast, so I have limited the top speed till I get the hang of it. Ewheels got my purchase to me super fast and the extras were very appreciated, especially the seat. Got this one for the weather resistant system and hill climbing ability because I live in a mountain state and ride year round no matter the weather and since there are no shops around here that can deal with it I got the one that's the toughest and ip rated. Thanks ewheels for a solid ride, I'll be back for more I'm sure.”

Hi Philip, thanks for your review! It may be a good idea to put a screen protector or a tape border around the display if you'll be riding in wet conditions, as that's a common water ingress point. The general rule for all EUCs is that light rain should be okay, but heavy to moderate rain as well as deep puddles should be avoided. Stay safe, and enjoy the ride :)

“Veteran Lynx came with an undervolted battery cell and an overvolted battery cell. They said it was the 1st time this issue occured for a Lynx. eWheels was very helpful in sending me another battery pack to replace it with. Though not being able to use the wheel immediately was =( eWheels was very helpful in suggesting what suspension to pick.”

“I am outstandingly pleased with my purchase from eWheels of a Begode A2+ with the factory-installed knobby tire option and my purchase a few weeks later of some accessories. A little while after I received the A2+, Mr. McNeil of eWheels informed me (without any prompting from me) that the associated free A2 trolley handle kits were once again in stock (I guess they were out of stock when I bought the A2+) and offered to send me a kit. I said "yes please". I then purchased and paid for two other EUC accessories and proposed that he combine-ship all three items to reduce shipping costs. He shared with me the savings in shipping costs per the combined shipping. Everything arrived very quickly and in good condition. Top marks to eWheels. I have added eWheels to my list of most-favoured EUC vendors.”

“I have purchased multiple wheels from eWheels and they have consistently provided excellent service. Whether you have questions before or after purchasing a wheel, they are quick to respond and thorough in their response. Additionally, eWheels works with vendors to ensure each wheel is separately tested before being shipped. While I’ve never had a problem with a wheel, I hear this company is amazing at support if problems do arise.”
