“This store shipped my Sherman faster than it can go (which is extremely fast for an EUC). If I didn't already have my endgame wheel, I would definitely buy more from this store. Overall a fantastic experience.”

“Was a little too optimistic in their assessment of what was needed in terms of replacing a handle I ordered. However they were ultimately very helpful with follow up and in quickly shipping the additional parts required (for a nominal extra charge).”

“I bought a Lynx from Ewheels. I had issues with a battery pack , not sure what caused it. Contacted ewheels customer support. They took care of me with no issues at all. They shipped me a new battery pack to replace the old one real fast. Great company to do business with.”

“I love ewheels. I had needed a fast order because my v13 Pro damper was ruined. 🧍 💥🛞💨 The next day I received a message from Jason who offered to change my order shipment to a cheaper option. 🤯 I was a little surprised that any owner would go out of their way to reach out to me and save the most money💰 In the end I chose the cheaper option even though I originally opted for the overnighted shipping. 📦💨 Thanks again!!! I’ll definitely be coming back for all my EUC needs.”

“This is the 6th EUC I've bought from eWheels. With upgrades and prep I wasn't expecting. And some free wrist guards just in time as I've worn out the last ones. Always promptly replying to emails and always helpful. This is the best company I've ever dealt with.”

“Ewheels is a fantastic company! They've given extensive help and support, even on wheels I haven't purchased from them. My handle broke, pedal hanger cracked, and inner shell cracked on my Nikola AR+ and Ewheels helped me find replacement parts, offering me pedal hangers from one of their own wheels as none were in stock at the time, and drew up a guide on how to take everything apart without me even asking. Ewheels is by far the best electric unicycle retailer and has FANTASTIC after sales support. I highly recommend”
