“This is my first EUC ever. I did a lot of research and eWheels along with Jason's name came up over and over again with the highest recommendations. I purchased a KS16S and I can confirm that all I read is true. Jason responded within less than 24 hours after I emailed him with follow up questions before finalizing my purchase. The purchase was easy, fast, and the EUC arrived well packaged. I am very happy with the customer experience, the speed with which Jason responds, and the comfort of getting the support/warranty from a US based company. In addition, there is a wealth of good information on eWheels website which helped me tremendously with my first EUC. Having good info upfront makes a buying decision for a substantial purchase that much easier, especially for newbie. A big thanks to Jason and eWheels. I will be a repeat customer for any future purchases, no doubt.”

“So far, I've bought 5 wheels from ewheels.com. 1.ks16s 2.mten3 3.msx 84v 4.mcm5 5.msp 2500w The only issue I've had out of 5 wheels was a random wire in the msp. It was rubbing on the cooling fan, I moved the wire slightly and secured it, problem solved. Each wheel has been great, my favorites are the mten and msp. When I sold one of my wheels, ewheels made it super easy to ship to the buyer. The owner, Jason, has thrown in some extras every time I came back to make another purchase. He replies quickly for any issue and provides great customer service. Since the company is based in the United States, shipping is always quick and affordable, especially for 40+lb packages.”

“My order had 3 items in it, and when I received the envelope that was supposed to have all items there was only one inside. I emailed eWheels, and they replied within the hour and shipped out the missing items the same day, no questions asked. I’m sure some people might consider this a negative experience for not receiving all items in the first go, but seeing as how I forget to include attachments in my emails ALL THE TIME (!!!), I’m willing to cut them plenty of slack and be happy with the amazing response and response time as soon as I reported the problem.”

“I bought the turbo wheel Swift. What an amazing scooter. By far exceeded my expectations. So much so that I will be purchasing a turbo wheel Swift lightning in the days to come. And even better customer service. My lcd screen was cracked during shipping and Jason Sent a replacement the very next day.”

“Totally love the TurboWheel Swift!!! I researched electric scooters for weeks before choosing this one. I believe I made the right choice. I expect to be using this scooter to get to my stone carving studio clases twice a week with an average of forty miles a week for a couple a months. So, this afternoon, I put the TurboWheel Swift to the test. This scooter has great performance; it is compact and handles the city streets well. I rode around Washington DC, and I was pretty impressed by the range and speed. The scooter managed some of Washington DC’s hills perfectly. This weekend, I will hit the trails around Washington DC and Virginia. I hope to enjoy the long ride near the National Mall, National Airport, and Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. The only negative I can point out about the TurboWheel Swift is that the Sandy Strap on the deck peeled after only a few miles, and the handlebars tend to get a little lose every two or three miles on bumpy streets. Additionally, I have to mention the great customer services I got from eWheels when I purchased the TurboWheel Swift last week. I spoke with Jason on the phone several times and, for sure, he was more than helpful. In short, I highly recommend the TurboWheel Swift. It is a great scooter for anyone wanting to venture the urban setting and ride along the trails around the big cities.”
