“Everybody at ewheels is super helpful! My experience buying my EUCs with them has been really positive! “The Mten3 EUC arrived very quick and well protected. The learning curve is challenging to me as I’m 68 years young. Once I master this contraption I will surly call you again to upgrade to a different one. Many thanks for your prompt service.”

“Excellent Customer Service I would get emails on the 1st shift on the South Eastern coast from the West Coast in the middle of the night concerning the product and or any accessories related to it, they covered anything I needed or any droughts or questions I had regarding the Veteran Sherman. “As always, my first choice when purchasing a Euc will be ewheels. Amazing service and email reply. Only one downfall on my 6th wheel from ewheels was the Mten3 came with no air in the tires. But that I can overlook in comparison to the service that has been provided by ewheels. Still I highly recommend this company.”

“This is my second EUC from eWheels and both purchases was on point with delivery, customer service, and they even sent me a email with lots of info and how to videos. Customer service is amazing PLUS they even include some freebies like power pads and wrist guards. I’m enjoying my new Veteran Sherman and I will be buying my third EUC from eWheels .. “The people at eWheel are very responsive, they give an exceptional service. I had a lot of questions about international shipping costs (i.e. broker fees, etc.) and they had answers (good ones) for everything. “I’ve only been in the EUC game for about a half a year so far, but I’ve already purchased two wheels from eWheels and couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service with them. As far as I know, they’re the only distributor that’ll ship to Hawaii. Jason, Drew, William, and the team over at eWheels are great in answering any questions you may have, and I very much appreciate the fact that they’re proactive in getting the manufacturers to up their QC game, by actually traveling to their facilities and inspecting the wheels that eWheels are bringing in. Obviously you can’t catch every defect and some defects are only realized after a certain number of units are out in the wild and have enough time elapsed. Still, it’s reassuring that the folks over at eWheels are taking these necessary steps to mitigate these issues. All in all, a fantastic company to do business with!”
