“I'm a very technically capable person, so even without needing any particular "service" on my EUC, eWheels has really stood out in terms of their responsiveness and helpfulness overall. Their warranty coverage is fantastic, and even for some out-of-warranty products, they've provided support and even discounts to get me rolling again. I won't ever buy an EUC from anywhere else; the total amount of support, parts and coverage has more than covered the extra few bucks on the initial purchase, compared to discount distributors. They've also played an active role in offering charity for riders who can't afford repairs, and in sponsoring our local event.”

“If you want the most from a company....the best service...friendly and knowledgable staff...look no further!! Ewheels is the only place I'll ever order a PEV from again. I sent numerous messages to them trying to figure out which EUC would be best for me. They answered each question honestly, quickly and very friendly. The whole experience was a delight. The same day I ordered my wheel it was shipped out to me. I received it in 4 days in pristine packaging. Trust me you won't get this level of professionalism any where else.”

“They are a great business with some of the best service in the industry. They really do set the standard for excellence. When your product costs as much as EUCs do you have to provide the best service. Jason and his team have been amazing to work with over the years and have always taken care of me. They care about what they do the best job they can. You will not regret doing business with them, and if something isn’t right Jason will make it right.”

“WELL, IM OVER 80 YEARS OLD AND A LITTLE OVER THREE YEARS AGO I BOUGHT MY FIRST VETERAN SHERMAN AND TAUGHT MYSELF TO RIDE IT. 14,000 MILES LATER, I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE KNOBBY TIRE, WORN OUT IN THE CENTER. THE MACHINE IS FLAWLESS, NOT ONE PROBLEM. I AM NOW BUYING A SHERMAN MAX AND INMOTION V10F.... I PRESUME EVERYTHING WILL TURN OUT THE SAME. AS FAR AS THE STAFF AND DEALING WITH MR. JASON MCNEIL THE OWNER, THIS HAS BEEN A VERY WARM AND FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE. THEY WILL DEAL WITH YOU ON A PERSONAL LEVEL NOT JUST LOOK AT A CUSTOMER AS A PROFIT MARGINE. THANKS EWHEELS.”

“I've been going through eWheels as a distributor for all of my electric unicycles over the years (four so far). Anytime I have questions, concerns, or any issues at all, they are very communicative and respond quickly. I don't see myself ever using another company. “I ordered a replacement stock tire and tube for my V11. I was surprised to see that I was given 2 inner tubes! Ewheels continues to support their customers and i am happy to have purchased my wheel and accessories through them.”

“Ewheels provides the absolute best customer service possible. Not just the best PEV service, but the best service of any company I have ever experienced. And, if you know anything at all about EUCs and other PEVs you are certain to need that service sooner or later. Ewheels listens to you, they respond promptly, and they respond in ways that are actually helpful. It’s sounds simple, and it is, but it is also truly exceptional.”

“I've bought EUCs from multiple different vendors & I have to say that Ewheels is the best! From the speed in which I ordered till when I received it. Not only that, they also add many extras when purchasing may wheel. I really appreciate the extra velcro & especially the extra inner tube. I will definitely be a returning customer!”
