For the most part, these mats fit PERFECTLY!! The front mats are SPOT ON!! The back (unimat), cold use a lil more precision. But, it’s not a show stopper. ***Update*** Spoke with Katie in Customer service and she was AMAZING!! This company is very professional and customer service oriented! Will definitely do business with them again and tell my friends!

Looking at your order, we can see you ordered our cleated material, CarpetShield, which is made for carpet runners and the like. However, it sounds like you are using it under a rolling desk chair - something we do not recommend as it was not designed for this purpose. As the product was designed for runners, it is not as rigid than those made specifically for use as desk/chair mats, and because of this, if used in this manner, can cause bunching like you are experiencing. It was a quarter of an inch short of 8 feet and for the other part, it was a quarter of an inch long.

Not great, aestheticallly unpleasant as it leaves lots of air bubbles and ends up looking like grey streaks. My quartz island top is Matte white and it looks dirty and cheap. Functionally I’m sure it will offer good protection I just can’t look at it and be pleased with the outcome. Essentially a waste of $180. Live and learn

Looking at your order, we can see you ordered Crystal (our clearest, textureless option). As it's completely textureless and smooth, it does have a lot more surface area than our textured option (Riverstone finish). Ypur product is absolutly crazy good. Fast devivery. We ended up with 10 of "A1?" 27 1/2 x 17 3/4 we did not order???? We still need: 25 11/16 x 11 3/34 x3 25 1/12 x 11 3/4 x3 26 1/2 x 12 1/4 x 1 11/ 1/2 x 16 15/16 x1 28 1/2 x 20 x1 May we return the one's that are not right and get credit then order the reamaining? Please! We have sent a large amount of money with you.

I really like the mats that were sent. I had ordered the clear ones but, the ones I received were black. The box had a clear label on it but they are definitely black.

Not much to report so far... Their CS people are very great to work with. Just ordered a sample kit, and a tracing paper kit... Hopefully ExactMats can make a custom cover for my home built pine slab dinner table.

This purchase makes 4 sets of mats that I have purchased from ExactMats over several years. Each set has been exact fits for my needs. In a case where they didn't have a set for the vehicles, that I had, they worked with me to get what I needed. They are great to work with.

The mat that I got is not what I was hoping for. It is so opaque that I can’t see the beautiful wood finish on top of my coffee table . It sure does protect the surface - but so would a sheet of plywood. Ordering online does not really allow you to see how it will fit your needs.

2005 Honda Element 2nd row mats fit perfectly, however, the 1st row mat is off and creates a ripple around the center radio console. They were SO CLOSE to being the perfect solution for my vehicle.

We have used ExactMats for two projects; racing victory table and a bottle cap table. This product is made of a very high quality and their customer service is top-notch. The Victory table allowed us to display a racing bibs clearly without having to worry about them sticking to the underside. We use the other map for a bottle cap table that didn't go according to plan, but with the mat on it there is no more tackiness. Thank you exact Matt and we are so appreciative of your product and customer service. We will be sure to spread the word. Keep up the amazing work!

The front mats fit and the second row mats fit. However, the third row mat did not fit correctly and we had to cut it to make it fit. Also, the cargo mat was supposed to be for third row seats up, but was way too big. When we put the third row seats down to try it that way, the mat only covered a partial area, not the whole area. This was a very disappointing experience.

We're so sorry to hear you had a less than 5-star experience, Velda! As a highly customer-centric company, that's absolutely not what we want at all. That said, when speaking with our Support Team, you mentioned you adjusted the mats at home with a blade/scissors. While this is a very simple task that we recommend in certain cases (with specific products), we do not recommend self-adjustment at home for auto mats. Instead, should any measurements be incorrect, we suggest reaching out to our Support Team for assistance (especially before attempting any adjustments), so that we may diagnose the issue and, ultimately, get you the perfect set of mats. Once a mat is adjusted at home, however, it makes it difficult for us to diagnose and resolve the issue, and thus, voids our guarantee. We hope this clarifies things a little more, but if you have any further questions, our Support Team is here to help!
Took some time to flatten out (about 2 weeks) but looks great on top of my bar

This can happen due to a few reasons, but one of them is the temperature in which the product was primarily in during transit, and the temperature it arrived in. We have a few great articles in our FAQs about how to more quickly flatten, but it sounds like you got it taken care of. If you plan to roll it up for storage, we recommend reviewing those FAQs upon removing it from storage, so that you may more quickly flatten it in the future. We hope you enjoy!
I have been using ExactMats for over 20 years for all of my vehicles. However, I am disappointed that my most recent set of mats did not fit as expected. They offered to send me tracing paper so that I could create a template for the mat I need, as they did not have a 2025 Kia Sportage available for reference in the area ( which was hard to believe ). I did take the offer, and the mat still came with imperfect cuts. I suggest that they step up their quilty control.
