“Overall we are happy. Just wish we had not taken the 1/8 th inch off as suggested since there is some uncovered areas. Also it is taking them longer to relax than I thought it would.”

Thank you for your candid feedback, Julie! We're glad you're happy with your mats! I would like to mention that, given the material is a plastics material (vinyl) they can sometimes take a little longer to lay flat - especially if your home is on the cooler side. If it is, we usually recommend laying them outside for a bit to allow the heat to flatten them. In regards to the 1/8", we sincerely appreciate your feedback here. We've found that taking 1/8th of an inch off allows for an easier installation and removal for most of our customers. It should only leave a 1/16th of an inch gap around the perimeter. However, we will definitely forward your suggestions to our Leadership Team. Thanks so much - enjoy!

“Wow!!! I am a happy girl! Every mat fit like a glove. If I had to nitpick one thing it would be the writing on the sticker to show location. I had a hard reading a few of them. The system EXACTMATS uses is phenomenal and worth every penny I spent.”

“This is my third attempt at my review. I hope this goes through. My service writer at the Lexus dealership where I purchased the car and the ExactMats. Advised that I needed a new drivers side mate as the mat was turning a little yellow. I looked up my receipt and called your firm to purchase a replace ment. However ever I was advised that a new one was being sent to me. Within the week a new replacement mat arrived. Thank you so much . I have told my friends and dealer personnel about your excellent service.”

“I LOVE ExactMats. I just got my first-ever new car and the first thing I did was order mats for it. As always they arrived, fit perfectly and make me feel so much happier! They arrived quickly, and exactly when they were scheduled and I was kept apprised of when they were coming. This is my third set, on three different cars and they have all been great! “These look much better than the heavy thick vinyl I bought at WALmart. The black carpet with the RAV4 logo shows through the mats Thank you and they came earlier than expected Also the packaging was very good I just laid them out on the floor but books on them overnight AND PUT IN CAR NEXT DAY”
