“With very few quality products like this one on the market, I wasn’t sure what to expect with my order. I was pleasantly surprised! I bought a clear vinyl piece to protect my dining room table. The measurements are almost exact to what I measured, maybe slightly larger by the smallest fraction of an inch, but I think that serves better for the table in terms of protecting the edges. It really mimics a piece of glass, for a fraction of the price. I did buy a vinyl cleaner for it, only because when I cleaned it according to the instructions, some streaks were left behind. But after some vinyl cleaner and leaving it out to flatten over time, I’m very satisfied with my purchase, and even more satisfied with what I got for the price! Would definitely order from the company again.”

“Purchased two sizes for a dining room table with leaves. One had a few blemishes and was slightly long. Contacted them and a replacement was recieved (thanks Katie). The mats came rolled up and the slight curl memory was gone in a day. LOVE the table protection. Mats stay in place and are easy to clean. Glad I bought them.”

“After years of settling for ugly/flimsy drawer mats, I needed an upgrade, and I'm so glad I found ExactMats. My new mats are beautiful, sturdy and perfectly fit to the dimensions of my drawers and cabinets. I was very impressed with the reasonable price, and the speed of creation and delivery, and the customer service (thanks Ellie - who caught one of my measurement mistakes).”

“These are excellent. Clear as can be, thick enough to be tough, but still flexible and soft enough that they don't slide around or feel uncomfortable to use at the table. I needed these to protect our dining table from our young children, and they do the job while showing off the beauty of the wood table itself. I love them! My only feedback is that I wish these had been delivered packed flat instead of rolled up - I did have to stack them and put lots of weight on top of them for the day to be able to get them to flatten out. But they did eventually flatten out!”

“Very clear and a nice thickness. I ordered one for my office desk that has cut corners and I do not think I measured correctly, because it is cut too short but still works great. I ordered two for my end tables at home and they are a perfect fit”

Hi Don, We're so sorry to hear you have a sizing issue with your ExactMats order. That's certainly not what we want! It looks like our Support Team reached out and spoke with you about the order and that your biggest concern was related to how much coverage there was on the floor of your vehicle. But, that said, our mats are made to cover the exact space as the original OEM floor mats made by the manufacturer. We are happy to create a more custom, full-coverage solutions when requested, of course. That said, we'd like to clarify that we also offer returns on unused auto mats. We hope this helps. “The rear area of my 2025 is not the exact same as the 2019 -2024’s. However the quality of the exactmats is still superior to any other protective mats. I had previously purchased them for my Audi and my tundra, and now for my new Ram. Aero products well worth the price!!!!!”

That said, it looks like our team offered to get you the right mat, but that was declined as you are happy with the mats you received. We're so glad to hear it and hope you enjoy for years to come!

“These mats are not what we expected at all. He wanted the Lexus logo on the mats and thought they were on there. He is very disappointed with the mats. He told me he wanted them for Christmas and needless to say, he was very disappointed come Xmas morning. And we can’t return them! What?! Your return policy is no returns? Good luck with that! I will never buy from you again, and I will be sure to make that known to everyone I know and then some.”

We do not offer mats with logos on them, but rather, our products are so clear that you can see your original mats through them! Many of our images show our clear mats on top of the original floor mats (what they are made to cover), which sometimes includes the logo. “These mats match the exsisiting carpets perfectly. They are high quality and I couldn't be happier with one small exception. The Exactmats sit on top of the floor mat toggle creating a small bump in the Exactmat. I would be nice if there was a circular cutout to fit around the toggle thereby eliminating this small hump in the mat. Otherwise, I would by these again as they are affordable and look good in the car. This is my second set of Exactmats.”

“Ordered a clear table mat for our breakroom table. We didnt even get it out of the box and it was all scratched. We had to use several weights over the weekend to flatten the mat out so that it would lay correctly on the table. We then bumped it into a painted door frame while moving it into the next room. The paint came off of the door frame and is now a permanent resident on top of the mat. We used the table top for lunch that day, and now there are permanent scratches across the table mat from simply moving plates/silverware. I would not recommend this low-quality product to anyone.”

We are glad to hear that your custom mats are providing an extra layer of protection for your pantry, but we’re so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the smell of your vinyl liners. As a customer-centric company, that’s certainly not what we want! To add a bit of color, we would like to clarify there is a natural off-gassing process (not to be confused with harmful “out-gassing”) for any newly made plastic or vinyl. This occurs soon after an order is produced and typically only lasts a few days after unboxing. This happens with nearly every plastic product there is, like a new shower curtain or beachball. That said, due to our products’ special formulations (pure virgin vinyl, lead-free, BPA-free, and Phthalate-free) the scent you are experiencing is not harmful and should dissipate. “This mat cannot withstand any weight without deforming. I have a brand new, expensive mat that looks terrible right after being placed out. Definitely not what I was expecting, and much more pliable than the website makes it sound. I also don't believe the 1/8" tolerance, or that these mats are cut to square. The website says to give it some time to 'adjust' before checking tolerance, but I doubt I'll leave it out long enough to find out.”
