“I initially had some issues whereby the mats were sliding and not staying in place. The Service team at Exactmats reached out immediately and provided some clips to hold them in place. It appears that this issue has been solved and the service by Katie was truly amazing!!”

It looks like you spoke with our Support Team already, who mentioned that (per our chart) the material selected was not the best for your specific use-case. For this order, you selected one of our thinner materials, which is not meant for a table cover (instead, we recommend 80Mil). “It works as expected. It's on my wooden desktop and protects it. I don't think I would use one on a kitchen table. I don't think it would be easy to keep clean.”

“When I ordered ExactMats clear overlay mats for my 2023 Infiniti SUV they arrived quickly and in good shape. All the mats fit perfectly over my SUV's carpet mats to protect them. When I placed the large clear cargo trunk mat in my SUV, it was a perfect fit. All the mats look very attractive, they are not bulky and they are easy to clean. I am very happy I ordered them.”

“I have purchased these mats before. I like them but in time they do yellow. Instructions say they will not? I have been instructed to wash with dawn detergent which should help with the yellowing. Excellent support from this company.”

It's important to note that the yellowing you are probably experiencing is not natural yellowing, but rather yellowing caused by outside debris and oils. We recommend keeping a routine cleaning schedule for your mats, too. :) We hope this helps. Enjoy!

“I’ve been an Exact Mats Customer since 2004 when my 2005 Lexus RX 330 came with them from the Dealership. I’ve owned 3 additional Lexus Cars and purchased Exact Mats directly from Exact Mats for them. Exact Mats are the only Mats for my cars, they should be the only Mats for you cars too!!!”
