“I have been using exact mats for almost 15 years and absolutely love them. Can't imagine having anything else in my vehicle. I just sold my 2005 Tacoma and it still had the original mats in it and they looked good as new.”

“I am quite disappointed. The mats fit properly....giving me some satisfaction at the outset. But since then, the mat on the driver's side has been sliding up until it is dangerously impeding my access to the pedals. Obviously, it has the grippers presumably designed to adhere to the flooring carpet...but they don't! I have removed the driver side mat...and will discard it...and look elsewhere for one that works... Sorry, but you asked.”

Hi Keith, I’m sorry to hear you are disappointed with our product. Unfortunately, some carpet mats are not thick enough to properly support ExactMats without additional security. However, we do offer clear clips that are intended to further secure the Exactmat to the carpet mat. In your order, you should have received two clips in the box to be used for that purpose. If you do not have the clips, I can send you some tomorrow afternoon. We want to do all we can to ensure you are satisfied. Let me know and have a great night
