“The Exactmats look great but they smell terrible. We are currently working with customer support to figure out how much longer the smell will remain (it has been several weeks already and the smell is still with us). We hope this smell will go away soon. We are updating our review. Katie the customer service rep was diligent. They followed up and offered to send us the same Exactmats but from a different vendor. What a difference! They look great and the odor is minimal at best. We are excited to place them in our new kitchen to protect our quartz island and counter. Thank you again to Katie and ExactMats for really delivering on their product and customer service!”

“Thank you, Your mat worked perfectly on my corner kitchen sink floor. The floor was starting to deteriorate from putting wet items on the sink floor. I tried buying a rubber floor tray but they don't make them for corner sink cabinets to fit the complete floor. When I found ExactMats, I knew it would correct my problem. I repaired the floor, sanded & painted it. I made a template of my corner sink floor & traced it on your crystal clear ExactMat & cut it to match the floor. Once installed I caulked around all outside edges with a caulk that looked as clear as water & up about a 1/2" off the floor. I sure my wet floor problem will never happen again. Thanks again for your help. Roger O.”

“We ordered a larger and a smaller mat. We received both of them relatively quickly. The large one fit, but the smaller one was not exactly the size we had ordered. The company shipped us a correctly sized replacement. We like the product a lot.”

“The mats, when placed on a stained wooden table had areas where the mat appeared damp and sticky when pulling it away from the table. This could just be suction with the wood grain but concerned me that it might begin to cause damage to the stain on the table. I contacted the supplier, who responded promptly to my concern, reassuring me that there is no problem or risk of damage to the wood. The mat fits great and is very protective. I appreciated how promptly and courteously they responded to me and am very satisfied with the product!”
