“I like the liner in purchased for my dining room table and I measured correctly but the cut is off it doesn’t fit exactly for length or width.”

“I wanted to order a ROUND piece for a table top. Apparently what I ordered was ROUNDED CORNERS. So, let me first say: the site? Terrible. Why would I think ordering a simple ROUND would be under special items or whatever? So, I accept I did not specifically order a ROUND and did indeed order ROUNDED CORNERS. Ironically, I was sent a PERFECT SQUARE. So, I was wrong. They were wrong. Not a good experience all the way around and when I broached the subject in chat all I pretty much got was... well, that's the site. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.”

Looking into this issue, it looks like we offered to replace the mat, but this offer was declined. That said, we've gone ahead and fully refunded you for your order as it was not what you intended on purchasing. We will forward your feedback to our Leadership Team as well. After all, we want our site to be the easiest to use and certainly don't want to create any struggles when purchasing. Once again, we are sorry your experience with us wasn't stellar. “I would be very happy with the mats but they don't cover the space as I thought they would. I had anticipated the mats covering the entire space floor which they do not. They basically cover the area from in front of the seat to the gas pedal. They are very well made and comfortable but fall short on what I would have anticipated from a custom made to fit my vehicle, mat. *Update, after the company contacted me as to what was not correct I gave them a new measurement and they cut another mat which fits perfectly! Fantastic customer service!!!*”

“These mats turned out to be the perfect solution for our dining room table, side board, and TV console. We even got one to use at our dog's feeding station, to protect the wood floor. Each was custom cut and a perfect fit. Ordering was very easy, fast shipping, and each mat was labeled according to room and furniture piece, leaving no guessing when we opened the box. We are very impressed with the quality. I'm already planning to order more!”

“I needed something to protect my wooden kitchen table and this is EXACTLY what I was looking for!! It fit perfectly and looks beautiful on my table. The process was so easy and shipping was fast. Thinking about getting more for my benches. I washed it in warm water and used a hair dryer to get it to lay flat on the table. Would recommend Exact Mats to anyone who needs to protect their furniture or car mats as the material is definitely high quality. I LOVE IT!!!”

“Remember what excellent customer service was like? We’ll…ExactMats exceeds that. They were very responsive and very helpful.
