“I just bought a new Cayenne and ordered the mats. I have had them in my 2011 Cayenne for over 9 years and hoped the new ones would do as well. They work perfectly, stay in place and protect the interior. As described the fit is exact.”

“II bought set of 4 clear for my 2024 Genesis G90 and unfortunately I started making the holes on the one for driver side first and I made the holes to big so the mat moves a little. I hope someday I'll be able to buy just the one for the driver side. In the back seat the pegs were to far under the seats so I didn't even try to cut them.”

“Liked the fact that the mat was clear. Was cut a quarter inch too long and now the ends from being rolled up for packaging won't lay flat, despite trying to heat it to flatten it. Could have been nice, but not quite what I expected. I may have to start over to resurface my tabletop and wasted a bit of money.”

Hi Benjamin, We're so sorry to hear you are not happy with your ExactMats/ExactMade product. As a customer-centric company, we truly care about our customers' experiences, so this is certainly not what we want! Taking a look at your order, it looks like you purchased our regular Riverstone material. From your review, it sounds like you were intending to use it as a chair mat on carpeting. Unfortunately, this is not something we recommend for our product as the material is less rigid than those intended for chair mat use on carpeting. Our regular Riverstone and Crystal materials (with no cleats) are great options for hard floors, but we do not recommend any of our materials for use on carpeting, especially underneath desk chairs, due to the issue you're experiencing. There are a few places we mention this on our website but we will definitely take your feedback into account and consider where else we may be able to offer this information on our website. We apologize for the inconvenience.
