“Unfortunately the cut was shy on one end and long on the other from my requested measurements by about 1/8”. While not exact, it’s not far off enough to be worth the trouble of sending it back. Looks great on the table for the most part, though.”

However, there are times where you may notice a slight variance (up to 1/8" on any given dimension when centered to the surface it's designed for). “I am re three peat Customer- Purchased 3 sets of Exact Mats for 3 diferent year Models of My Homda Accords EXL- They are the ONLY MATS I USE! They are the best, fit the best, easy to clean, and look so sharp inside my car. However I did not get the clips to kop the MATS onto my RUGS. Will you please send my the set of clips? I need they for the ront Mats. Sincerely, Darlene Drumm I am a Customer for LIFE> I have lived all over the USA, because my Husband was USN for 18 yrs- and the MATS did well in WA State, CA. “They fit perfectly….And work beautifully. This is my third order for the drivers mat…….obviously i am pleased w the fit, the clarity allowing my lexus floor color to show through……the only concern is that after awhile it yellows. i am retired ……drive mostly local……and am most careful about a clean car……..”

Hi Jo, Thank you for taking the time to review ExactMats. We're ecstatic to hear how much you love your mats, but we also wanted to address the concern about yellowing. First, we would like to assure you that the product itself, which is made from nothing but the highest quality ingredients, is not yellowing on its own as the product itself does not yellow. However, like other mats that see constant foot traffic, they can be susceptible to damage from dirt, debris, and oils (such as those from asphalt) as they all have the ability to breakdown plastic. Typically, if a mat / set is well-maintained (we recommend cleaning mats with Dawn Dish Soap and warm water once every other month, or as needed) you won't see yellowing. We recommend reviewing our FAQs on our website for more information about mat maintenance. Hi Caron, We're very sorry to hear you were unhappy with our sample kit materials. We would love to learn what your intended use-case was as well as what you may not like about the product. While these products are built to be robust, they are widely used in both commercial spaces as well as residential. Our products are built to be strong, flexible, and stand the test of time so that our customers can be confident they won't need to purchase a replacement product for a long time. Our kits typically include 3 different thicknesses, which has an affect on flexibility, so we are unsure which material you may be discussing. It's also important to mention that the samples you received are much smaller than most full-sized products, so physically, they will behave a little differently. Because of this, the product will be a little firmer than a larger mat. However, we do understand that our product may not be for everyone and we we appreciate your feedback! We'll be sure to pass it along.

“Ordered the black mats for black car interior. Had previously purchased a clear hatchback floor SUV mat only since I had the branded front mats before discovering this line. This time I got front, back seat and hatchback floor mats. I don't need the kind that curve up the sides to hold liquid melting dirt and debris so I love the flat low profile for these over the branded mats that the car manufacturers sell.”

Please know that we have forwarded your valued feedback to our Leadership Team. That said, it does look like we reached out to you a few times, but were, unfortunately, unable to reach you, so we wanted to ensure we address your concerns here, regarding the product not laying flat. Most of our larger products do arrive in the box rolled up. Typically, they lay flat pretty quickly but things like temperature variances can have some affect on the speed at which the product unrolls. That said, we have a number of suggestions on our website (FAQs) as to how to make some of the more stubborn mats (this can very much depend on the temperatures it's being subjected to in transit) flatten, from their rolled up position in transit, more quickly.
