“The mats fit very well and are nice and thick. The only thing I didn't like about them is that they were dense, and you couldn't see, the color of the carpeting on the floor. It looks like I have plastic on the floor.”

They are not only designed to protect, but are also designed to work for anyone's vehicle, regardless of whether it's older and more damaged, or brand new and pristine. The pattern allows you to see through to the OEM mat below, and it also has a texture, which adds a unique visual appeal, traction, and camouflaging for those with damaged OEM mats. Additionally, the weight, and added grippers (which adds to the thickness), aid in ensuring the mat stays put. We hope this helps to explain the thickness and reassures you that it's there for a reason - to protect your vehicle as best as possible. :)
