The lounge was very good with regard to booking very good only negative the soup could have been a little hotter and a bread roll would have been nice

The Aspire lounge at Heathrow T5 was great value for money. The food was hot and fresh and the complimentary drinks went down well. It was great to have a quiet, dedicated space in which we could relax and stay comfortable before our flight.

Very disappointed not to be able to book online as a LoungeKey member. This really needs sorting out. I had to pay to book online, when I should be getting into the lounge for free as part of my Loungekey membership.

Sloppy. No one seemed to be in charge. Reception was a muddle with attention being given to passengers arriving on spec rather than to those with a booking. No information was offered about the kind of food and services available. Toilets were outside the Lounge about 50 metres away. The Q Code food ordering system didn't work. The self-service food area was a congregation point for waitresses, where they stood over the open food display, discussing and handling it. Seating was not lounge quality. The food itself was reasonable but unimaginative.

I ordered the scrambled egg on sour dough, it smelt very bad of fish, 3 further customers also returned them, no alternative was offered one guy got and walked to the kitchen to demand an alternative, staff were bickering in the reception area, no one said good morning or made eye contact, I was appalled, at the service and the unfriendly atmosphere, I would like a refund, as I ate no food and was given a third of glass of horrible wine, bartender didn't know what Chardonnay was, and didn't know or couldn't read what was on the bottle she served me

Booked time slot online, arrived and was told the lounge was closing early so I wouldn't be allowed entry. Still waiting on the refund.

Lounge area the ability to order hot food was excellent. I paid extra to use shower which I felt was in need of renovation. Definite signs of age. Shout out to Paulina who was an exllent, very helpful receptionist.

Opening time changed so that we could only enter at 6. There was no way we could stay past 6.30 without missing our flight so personally I don't think the partial refund was sufficient. I know it's stated that prosecco is extra but I think that's disappointing for certain customers.

London Heathrow Terminal 5 Lounge, Inedible cooked breakfast, we ordered a bottle of prosecco as soon as we had finished it we left to find some decent food. Would not like this to reflect on the Bristol Lounge which has always been outstanding.

Very busy and staff eventually found us a seat. Although breakfast was finishing a very pleasant young lady said she would see if she could obtain one for us. She returned with two very nice breakfasts. Very customer focused staff.

Spotless lounge with great food. Told couldn’t check in till 1000 but it was empty when I arrived. Staff extremely friendly and one girl was excellent with an older gentleman.

Very poor crowded “space” - we asked for a refund as we could not get seats ( they were still selling access at the door) Suddenly they opened reserved space that we were told was closed to customers. Food was mediocre undercooked and tasteless even though we had too order online on arrival. Staff I felt could not cope with volume Not a patch on the quality that was there before lockdown Wrote to client service (again)but still no response
