“ The service was great - the staff were lovely. But I was a bit disappointed in the food. I would have liked to see more fresh vegetables and salad, and there were not enough vegetarian options. ”

“ The drinks and service were great. The breakfast was horrendous though. The sausages full of gristle and the bacon was 99percent fat. Shame as been before and great service it seems that its just lazily done now ”

“ The staff and service are excellent. Obviously due to the current situation there are slight changes which you are advised when booking. I always use the lounge given the opportunity. Good value for money and very comfortable. ”

“ Not up to standard of other lounges due to service. Very difficult to attract attention of staff who were mostly young and more interested in each other than guests. Felt awkward as if if we were a nuisance whenever we had to find someone to ask. Selection however was generally good just a shame service made it difficult to access. ”
