“Frankly, this is the best shaving/grooming company in the business. Apart from the many excellent products, you have the opportunity to speak directly with the owners, Robert and Brian. They will spend as much time as is necessary to impart their considerable knowledge of the product range. I know that they will ensure I am provided with all the necessary and available information. Apart from that, they are really nice people.”

“Ordered my item and it arrived within two days, packaged very well so as to ensure no breakages. Also very pleased to find I was given around 10 or so tester bottles , which all had great smells. First class service every time. Highly recommended.”

Thank you for your review. I emailed you this morning with an update. The package is in Malmo, Sweden, and has been for a number of days. Please make immediate contact with Post Nord to get the package moving. I am sure you will appreciate that we have no control over the efficiency of the Swedish post company. “Hey there! You guys from EXECUTIVE SHAVING did an awesome job! Got everything I wanted and can't wait to use the different items! And thanks so much for the extra little presents inside the package! Much appreciated!!! The only bad thing about my order was, once again, DHL. They delivered the package to a neighbour two days ago and I didn't get any notification whatsoever. No Email, no written notification in the letter box :-( I had to call DHL and the automatic voice said the name of the neighbour so I was able to get my package. Maybe you wanna stick to UPS!? And, unfortunately since July 1st of this year one have to pay customs (Germany) for orders from the UK. That makes an order pretty expensive. With shiping and customs the price of my order went from 90€ up to 150€ :-/ Whether the shiping nor the customs is the "fault" of ES but it reduces the chances that I order in the near future from ES! Too bad, seriously :-/ But two thumbs up for ES, your service and your products! :-))) Thank you!!!”

When the package arrived in your country, your customs applied the relevant VAT and import tax. You have not paid VAT twice.
