“Had an issue with something damaged in transit. Responded to the email in less than 5 minutes and arranged for a replacement to be sent. Good range of products at reasonable prices. I will definitely use them again.”

“I have been making purchases from ESC for a while now and they are a top class company. I’m in the USA and I am more than willing to pay the extra shipping for their products. They have excellent customer service and are a great company.”

Thanks for your review. We would love to be able to offer better shipping rates internationally but it is not possible at this time. However, we do offer flat rate shipping which means that you pay the same no matter the size of your order.

“Positives: Timely, Neat (the tin packaging the matter came in), Good Quality Products Negative: Was charged a little more money than what was said. I think it was the exchange rate. No big deal, just wish I was told before I purchased.”
