“I watched a video and posted some questions in the comments. THEY ANSWERED RIGHT AWAY! So at 54 years old I ordered the recommended supplies and learned to shave all over again. The best, closest shave I have ever had. Thanks is not enough. From now on I will be getting my shaving supplies from Scotland of all places. A long way from Orlando but worth it for the excellent customer service.”

“Ordered, received within no time. That's how it should be. But it comes at a price compared to other online shaving shops. I did get the Mühle stainless with the first time discount, so no complaints here!”

“Website great, customer service great but let down with communication. Ordered a pottery bowl but didn't come as picture showed. Disappointed they sent it as it wasn't the same shape. After seeing it on delivery I was well disappointed but soon was put in my collection. Emailed their customer service & got a reply very quickly which was explanatory but couldn't understand why they sent the item as not the same on the website. Ordered the bowl what I wanted from another company to make sure I got what I ordered.”

“We all want to shop local, but you can't get quality choice items like those "The Executive Shaving Company" sell locally. I can't even buy safety razor blades on my little island off the West coast of Scotland. So not only are you able to buy from a huge selection, the information that is there to support your choice, like the videos on each product, is also fabulous. So really you are really supporting small local businesses, because we aren't supporting big multinationals, let’s keep it up. Oh, and two more things, firstly speedy delivery, wow, and secondly, Razor Blade Banks, what the actual, they are just great, who knew they existed, and they are just so great!”
