“Fantastic packaging and good condition snake (although a little older than expected) followed up purchase with a phone call to check I had everything in place ready for the snake so that was reassuring and when she arrived all the information about food shed etc (I was disappointed not to get some sort of birth certificate with details of morph date of birth etc)”

“,if their I such a thing as a enjoyable way of spending your money then I may have found it,as well as a wide range of quality reptile supplies my main purchases have been 4 live pets not counting the livefood of course though I do get a soft spot for for one or two of them and could not be happier with the service provided,the animals have not just been paid for dropped at the door and done,as someone new to the wonderful world of reptiles I try to seek out any new knowledge I can and Karen has been brilliant and answered all my questions and tried to pass on some of her knowledge, you can see the animals are not just a business and she genuinely wants the animals sold to live in the best conditions they could have and deserve...thank you”

“Very good bugs. I got calci worms and crickets. Although they were on the small side (crickets etc from other sellers ive had are bigger classed as these sizes) but you really get your moneys worth. Also take p&p into account. Hardly any dead bugs at all. Arrived quickly”

“I bought a Yemen/Veiled Chameleon from here, Karen was absolutely lovely on the phone and helped with all questions I had, the chameleon came and was well wrapped with heat pack that was still warm, she was very lively and bright which I was surprised about considering she had a long journey. Eating and drinking almost straight away. She’s beautful. I would definitely recommend and honestly will be buying from here again.”
