Hi Krystle I am sorry to hear the Fruit Beetle Grubs arrived this way. Looking at your order number i can't find any record of this being reported back to us prior to the review. If you ever have any issues at all It's best to take a photo and contact us straight away and we can sort the problem for you asap. Generally we can arrange a refund, credit or replacement. If you do have photos of the perished food saved please email or call us and we can arrange one of the above for you. Kind regards

“Lizard tank was a good size for a small and it was decent product to, prenty of room for my 2 baby bearded dragons, once despatched it come the day next, which i was happy about, so fast delivery, would be again and recommend to others”

“I had to order a Micro-Climate B1 dimmer stat at very short notice and Exotic-Pets were really good. I got a courtesy phone call to confirm my order and it was delivered within 2 days. I was very impressed with the service and I would definitely recommend Exotic Pets.”

“The tank was part of a present for my granddaughter. I was contacted because the tank in stock was different to the one displayed, but the replacement was just as good. The complete set was just as advertised and we were very pleased with the look of it to house a giant land snail which we had purchased for her. Many thanks.”
