“I ordered a Psalmopoeus Irminia sling, It arrived perfectly packaged and the shop staff held back before sending the little critter to me due to cold weather. That made me very impressed as it shows they are not just about money and they actually care for the creatures they sell. I live in Scotland and I will order from Exotic-Pets.co.uk again. “Brilliant customer care.! Emailed company with enquiry and they got back to me within the hour on a answer. It's not the first time shopping here. Always been good on all orders. I order live stock which there's always a worry about the travel to us. But well packed and never had issues.. Well recommended!”

“Recently purchased three slings. All arrived healthy and well, plus they care about the welfare if the animals, because the weather was so cold they kept back the slings until the temperature picked up a bit plus kept me informed. I've already arrange my next purchase from these guys. 5* all round.”

Thank you for recognising that. We do always put animal welfare first and I know sometimes delays can be frustrating but when it's cold outside, it's better to be safe than sorry. :)

“I ordered a mantis and starter kit they came well packaged and fast. The mantis was obviously taken care of well as he was not stressed and ate the same day and is growing beautifully. I rang before ordering and was given helpful advice. I'm so happy with the site that I have ordered another. Very professional company.”

“Thank you for your quick delivery and service , ordered on 14/02/2017 evening and delivered 9am on the 16/02/2017, Living in northern Ireland some companies from the mainland think the delivery system is different, Its not we are still guaranteed next day delivery by the royal mail.
