“I have made many orders from Exotic pets which have consisted of Frogs and toads and live food. I have always been pleased with the service and quality of the live food. All the frogs and toads which I have purchased from Exotic pets have always arrived safe and well and have been in excellent health. I have never had a problem when ordering from this store. I will definitely always use Exotic Pets and recommend them to people.”

“I recently ordered a pair of fire salamanders and it was my first time buying let's online. I was worried it wouldn't feel very official and I would press a button and a few days later some pets would turn up. However, this was not the case; after submitting my order I got a phone call giving me a mini quiz and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. This made it feel much more official and felt I had been better prepared and checked than buying from a shop in person. In the future I will buy from exotic pets rather than a local shop.”

Hi Conal Great to hear the spider arrived well and you're happy with it. Regarding the fruit flies the majority of our recent stock has been new cultures as they are fresh in. If you are wanting to feed the tarantula in the mean time whilst the culture breeds the Metallica has been used to feeding on small crickets and will also take mini mealworms if you have any available. “Purchased prey mantis starter kit. Emailed to ask where it was after a week, was told they had run out of spray bottles but would send out the rest of the set and refund the spray bottle. Still no refund sent and no response to emails. Item is ok but seems a bit expensive for what is basically a plastic tub with an led light in it.”
