“As this was the first time I'd used Exotic-Pets.co.uk I had a couple of chats on the phone with Karen before placing my order - she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with - great customer service. My frogs arrived on the agreed date, in perfect condition and are absolutely superb. I will certainly use them again next year - thankyou !”

“Very good product and speedy delivery, goods requested to be left in Garage and they were, however the (very good) packaging had been badly damaged en route with 2 great big holes in your freezer box. Not suppliers fault but perhaps use another courier service who don't abuse the parcels. Goods inside were well packed though so remained fairly frozen, thanks Emma”

“I came to purchase a rough scaled sand boa, the staff were really helpful and could not do enough for me, (very patient). There stock of reptiles here is fantastic with species l've not seen in other shops. I will definitely buy from here again Many thanks”

“I've recently received a very healthy Panther Chameleon and couldn't be happier. The little guy has been eating and drinking from the get go and even reluctantly accepts hand feeding, making it clear that care has been taken in his well-being. The company also helpfully answered the questions I had ahead of his delivery and the courier service was prompt and professional.”

“I've never had a better experience with an online exotic store. My items were prefectly packaged and really good quality and value. The millipede I ordered was beautiful, healthy, carefully packaged and clearly a loved creature before she was sent to me. I will definitely continue to use this store for my supplies and animals!”
