Hi Robyn, You were emailed on the 8th of December regarding the delivery of your Tarantula arriving with you on the 10th - you have read this email. We sent your Tarantula via a tracked special delivery, I have tracked your order & it says that Royal Mail have attempted to deliver your parcel but you weren't home. They will have left you a 'sorry we missed you' card to let you know that it is at your local sorting office awaiting collection by yourselves. You need to contact your local sorting office if you wish to organise re-delivery, however we cannot guarantee that your Tarantula will still be alive as it has now been packaged for 7 days in cold temperatures. - Laura

“Couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. I bought a young Savannah monitor lizard with delivery via their courier, was impressed with the quality of questions asked before they were willing to sell him to me, and absolutely over the moon with him when he arrived. Fantastic beautifully healthy animal. Thank you so much x”

“Our snake arrived in great condition, she’s already eating for us and is very docile and sweet, she’s clearly come from a caring breeder who provided us with the date she hatched, the dates she had eaten and shed which helped us know when to next expect these things. All the equipment came alongside our snake and all works perfectly - overall very satisfied with our experience with exotic pets and their breeders/reptile courier”

“I regularly order live insects from Exotic pets because they are reliable and direct with their information. The staff are friendly when I've had to contact them about deliveries before. All deliveries (insects and lighting equipment) arrive in good condition.”

“Order arrived later than expected. Was incomplete and I had to remind them to refund me the money they owed me. The crickets were in poor condition, and there were not many worms in the packet I bought. Not a good first impression.”

Hi Stewart, I'm sorry to hear about the condition that your worms arrived in, they weren't sent out like this! We haven't heard from you about this already, if you could send some photos over for us of the condition of the worms we can look into resolving this for you by sending out a replacement or refunding your order.
