“Website is simple and easy, everything is really detailed with a lot of information and care sheet for your animal. Delivery was really fast, got my order dispatched on the same day and delivered the next. Had a problem with a box of Locust that came with just a few units, contacted customer service and received a reply on the same day (Saturday) and they offered me a refund or the money credited to my account to a next purchase. Really efficient and reliable. Great experience, will definitely buy again!!”

“Hello I recently bought a hypo female corn snake , which I named Kellogg’s she arrived very well packaged and a good 28 Celsius within the box with great delivery time and communication, also all the items arrived the next day which was great to help me get started with her she has settled in very well , and has shed and also been feeding very well on pinkies , I would highly recommend this company for all your pets needs they are very helpful and glossy response given the current situation”

“Delivery was very slow, took 3 weeks to dispatch instead of 3 days. Emailed customer service but got no reply. Informed the day before it was delivered that they’d been sent to wrong item. Would have been nice to have been kept up to date with out order.”

Hi Elspeth I do apologise for the delay with your order, unfortunately due to lock-down it has been difficult for us to source quite a few vivariums including the one you ordered. Our suppliers simply couldn't source the equipment for the vivariums as quickly as usual which delayed the process. I hope you received your new vivarium in good condition and again apologise for the delay and missed communication, I hope this has not put you off shopping with us again, as your custom is highly appreciated. “Fantastic service from start to finish. We purchased 3 Amazon Milk Frogs to go with 1 we had already. Ordered on a Tuesday morning and they arrived early on the Thursday afternoon. Staff were very friendly and helpful, offering to select frogs that were of an equal size to the one we already have.”
