“I am so happy with my cornsnake, his name is Loki and he's stunning. He is in great health, he ate three days after arrival and took it first time. It took a couple of weeks for him to arrive, but I was very happy to wait for exotic pets to make sure I had everything correct for his home, that is something I feel is so important and I was happy to provide all the information and pictures of the set up required. I am super impressed at everything from purchase to delivery. Loki is in great health and seems to be enjoying his new home. Thank you so much, I highly recommend exotic pets.”

“Let down by the delivery company thay use payed for over night delivery that took two days and on arrival the delivery driver chucked my package on the floor from standing even tho it sed live insects inside . And my praying mantis died after 12 hours. Really not happy will never use this company again feeling ripped off”

“My order went through however I had to answer some questions and send photo's before my yellow bellied toads were dispatched , this is not a moan , far from it , I found this most reassuring , my Toads arrived on the quoted morning and are doing fine , couldn't be more pleased”

“I recently bought two mountain horned dragons from Exotic pets, and had them delivered via their reptile courier. I was a bit worried about them, especially when I saw how they were packaged. This was all new to me, and there was no need to worry. The dragons were in great health, and the service I received from Exotic pets and their courier was superb! I can highly recommend the buying experience I have received, and look forward to dealing with Exotic pets again in the near future.”

“Bought some stick insects. They were sent first class and were packed so well. Not all crushed into one box, but given plenty of room and food. After sales care excellent. Will be buying again.”
