“High quality products, especially the wooden vivariums. Praying mantis’s could be cheaper But overall very happy and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for new housing for their animals. Will be using Exotic Pets again”

“Package was delivered on time well packaged with plenty of institution to protect the leopard great communication from customer service and courier service. Leopard gecko was delivered healthy upon arrival and is doing well great value for money would recommend to others”

“Cute little citrus red trasculent beardie :) delivered via a courier. He is happily getting used to us, hopefully hehe. X Quick delivery, fairly priced, delivered safely. Abit of information would of been good, age etc. But otherwise we are really happy.”

“never use again charged me for roaches did not supply, supplied fruit grubs all dead won't refund as not able to send them a picture there in the bin ! robbers do not use !!”

Hi Ashley, I'm sorry to hear that your unhappy with the service you have received. The roaches were refunded immediately, due to us being out of stock. As explained to you, this can take a few working days to show back in your account (bank processing time). When there is a claim of live food being received dead, we ask for photos to be sent as evidence to support this. We do this so we can quickly process replacement/refunds. As you were unable to provide this, we offered to send a returns label so they could be posted back to us for inspection. You then informed us you had already disposed of them. As we have no supporting evidence, unfortunately we cannot then process a refund/replacement for this order.
